WORKSHOPS

In-Person workshops provide an immersive experience into the Feldenkrais method and are a great way to expand your weekly practice. Various workshops are offered throughout the year with Jeffrey, his colleague Krista Langberg, and other Feldenkrais practitioners.

Join us for a three-part Monday evening series exploring the dynamic relationship between your head, neck, and shoulders — and how clarifying these pivotal relationship can influence your entire self in motion. Through Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons, we’ll discover how to mobilize for functional movement, and how focused coordination supports balance, ease, and adaptability from head to toe. Each workshop is distinct, blending anatomical insight with deep sensory listening to help you move with greater clarity, freedom, and intelligence. As you refine how you organize your head, neck, and shoulders, you may notice surprising shifts in your posture, gait, and self-perception. Expect to leave with a renewed sense of connection — not just in your joints, but in your whole moving self.
Join us for just one, two, or all three workshops — each builds naturally on the discoveries of the last!
